REGULAMIN REALM OF KREW

§1. Postanowienia ogólne

  1. Niniejszy regulamin określa zasady składania zamówień  za pośrednictwem strony internetowej Realm of Krew, a także za pośrednictwem autoryzowanych podmiotów i partnerów dystrybucyjnych.
  2. Złożenie zamówienia jest równoznaczne z akceptacją niniejszego regulaminu.

§2. Składanie zamówień

  1. Zamówienia przyjmowane są za pośrednictwem strony internetowej Realm of Krew oraz autoryzowanych podmiotów i partnerów dystrybucyjnych.
  2. Klient zobowiązany jest do podania prawidłowych danych niezbędnych do realizacji zamówienia.
  3. W przypadku odzieży klient zobowiązany jest do dokładnego sprawdzenia tabeli rozmiarów oraz upewnienia się, że wybrany rozmiar jest odpowiedni przed złożeniem zamówienia.

§3. Płatność i realizacja zamówienia

  1. Realizacja zamówienia rozpoczyna się po zaksięgowaniu pełnej wpłaty.
  2. Sklep zastrzega sobie termin realizacji i wysyłki zamówienia do 14 dni roboczych od dnia wpłynięcia wpłaty.

§4. Zwroty i reklamacje

  1. W przypadku zakupu odzieży sklep nie ponosi odpowiedzialności za błędny wybór rozmiaru dokonany przez klienta.
  2. Produkty wykonywane na indywidualne zamówienie klienta nie podlegają zwrotowi zgodnie z obowiązującymi przepisami prawa.
  3. Reklamacje rozpatrywane są indywidualnie.

§5. Faktury

  1. Sklep nie wystawia faktur VAT.
  2. Potwierdzeniem zakupu jest informacja zwrotna dotycząca zamówienia oraz poświadczenie dokonania płatności.

§6. Postanowienia końcowe

  1. Osoba odpowiedzialna za realizację zamówień zastrzega sobie prawo do zmiany niniejszego regulaminu bez uprzedniego informowania klientów. Zmiany regulaminu obowiązują od dnia ich opublikowania i nie mają wpływu na zamówienia złożone przed datą wejścia zmian w życie.

  1. Orders are accepted through the Realm of Krew website and through authorized entities and distribution partners.
  2. The customer is required to provide accurate information necessary to fulfill the order. 
  3. For clothing, the customer is required to carefully check the size chart and ensure that the selected size is appropriate before placing the order.

§3. Payment and Order Fulfillment

  1. Order fulfillment begins once full payment has been received.
  2. The store reserves the right to fulfill and ship the order within 14 business days from the date of payment confirmation.

§4. Returns and Complaints

  1. When purchasing clothing, the store is not liable for a customer’s incorrect choice of size.
  2. Products made to the customer’s individual specifications are not returnable in accordance with applicable law.
  3. Complaints are handled on a case-by-case basis.

§5. Invoices

  1. The store does not issue VAT invoices.
  2. Confirmation of the purchase consists of an order confirmation and proof of payment.
